Visual Distraction is a print/pattern collection inspired mainly by our increasing interaction with technology. As modern-day technology grows, we find ourselves moving from screen to screen, constantly absorbing images and information.
The collection acts as a visual diary, reflecting a world where excessive intake and stimulation blur the line between what is real and what is not.
Each look portrays subtle mutations of handmade sketches developed from everyday life recordings captured and then distorted through continuous exposure through screens. Translating moments of daily life into layered patterns shaped by distraction, repetition, and visual overload.
