A recap from the upcycled bookmark workshop I held during the Frohes Festival at silent green Berlin, hosted by Holtzbrinck Berlin, part of the ZEIT Publishing Group.Over two days, Friday and Saturday, we turned old newspapers and magazines into frosted bookmarks to take home.

As part of my ongoing practice, I’ve been exploring kinetic mobiles—working with balance and movement. We spent the afternoon creating our own mobile pices together in our shared studio space in Berlin, with coffee and wine along the way <3

A recap from the keychain charm workshop I hosted at Open Space Berlin for Samsøe Samsøe x Zalando. Based on keychains I’ve designed, the workshop invited participants to interpret them in their own way for the launch of the Herø bag, made from recycled leather.

As part of my art residency at yer ayvalik, I hosted a hands-on workshop exploring upcycled glass and spray-painting—a technique I often use in my own work. We spent the afternoon experimenting with color and texture, turning leftover glass sheets into each participant’s own unique piece!

The workshop took place at Gri Alan Ayvalık, the day continued with more workshops and slowly shifted into an evening of vinyl tunes. Materials for the workshop were kindly supported by Colorbox Turkey
